Perri Cutten is committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase, offering returns or exchanges on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags remain intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized postal location and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
